He alleged that he was underpaid during his tenure with the group after which fired because of his age and race. Baylor later dropped the racial discrimination claims within the swimsuit. Baylor’s remaining claims have been rejected by a Los Angeles state court jury on March 30, 2011, by a unanimous 12–0 vote.
